This 45-minute follow-up appointment is the standard treatment for most TMJ patients, providing ample time for hands-on care, progress assessment, and personalized home-care guidance.

Each appointment is tailored to your current symptoms and treatment goals, using a combination of manual therapy techniques to improve jaw function, reduce pain and muscle tension, restore mobility, and support long-term recovery.

Your follow-up appointment may include:
